ADEGBOYE KEHINDE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION EMERGES AS PRESIDENT OF OBAFEMI AWOLOWO HALL

Adegboye Kehinde, a post graduate student of the department of Special Education has been elected as the new president of Obafemi Awolowo Hall in the election which held on Saturday 27th of May, 2023 after pulling a total of 730 votes out of 802 recorded votes to win unopposed.Other newly elected executives include Akinola Favour who with 317 votes beat two other opponents to emerge as the vice president elect. Oluwatimileyin Ajayi secured the position of Secretary of state unopposed with a total of 687 votes. The position for the Assistant Secretary of state was won unopposed by Abdulsalam Islamiyah with a total of 612 votes.
Aniyi Kehinde got elected as the Assistant financial secretary after beating her opponent with 503 votes to 258 votes. Kehinde Adebisi after scoring a total of 462 votes to 303 against her opponent emerged as the Socials and Welfare Minister. Wuraola Olagoke was announced as the Information and Publicity Minister after managing to pull 517 votes to 250 against one other opponent.
Imanmachukwu Ihewuezi was declared the Health Minister with 492 votes to her opponent's 282 votes. Buari Omolola, unopposed was elected as the Bar and Buttery Minister with a total of 709 vote. Olukole Boluwatife also unopposed was re-elected as the sports minister, she had a total of 729 votes.
