Former NASES Executives Hands Over to New Executives

Cabinet members of the Elyon team and the newly inaugurated Equity team organised a handover ceremony on Monday, 17th of July following a directive from the department's management.
The event originally scheduled to start by 3pm eventually started by 4:25pm. In attendance were the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Social Director, Academy Director, Financial Secretary and the Treasurer of the Elyon team as well as the President, Vice President, Assistant General Secretary and Public Relations Officer of the Equity team, the newly appointed president of the reinstated Special Person's Club, Joseph Aboyeji and a member of the press.
Documents relating to the Special Person's club were handed over by the former President of special education to the president of special person's club while documents relating to the association's former account FCMB, statement of account from the current bank before the dinner, Polaris bank were handed over by the former treasurer to the new president. The former president also handed over documents gathered by over 3 presidents past to the new president of the association as well as 12 storybooks donated by UI bookshop to the association.
Students who have not gotten their packages need not fear as those were handed over by the former vice president to the new vice president. It includes books totalling 26 and 12 bags, the number of shirts to be handed over were not ascertained as at the event and the new vice president is expected to communicate that to the press at a later date.
The handover which ended by 6:30pm marks the final exercise of power by the Elyon team and the Equity team is now expected to handle all matters relating to the association and the department as a whole.
