NASES ASSIGNS MONIKER TO EACH LEVEL

By Aishat Bello

The four levels of the Nigerian Association of Special Education Students, UI has been assigned a moniker in a move made by the Social Director and the Public Relations Officer.

According to the Social Director, the idea of giving each level a moniker stemmed from wanting to build a sense of identity, unity and tradition amongst the students. He further said it was a way of bringing spice into the department.

When asked how the labels were formed, he revealed that each level representative were directed to confer with their class mates and come up with a moniker. After deliberation with their mates, the level representative submitted the following labels to the Social Director:

100 level - THE ASCENSION CLASS
200 level-  THE LUMINARY CLASS
300 Level- THE NES CLASS
400 Level- THE SCHOLARIUM CLASS
